Even now

Martha, one of Jesus followers, had great faith in the Christ. After her dear brother died, she said to Jesus who embodied the Christ:

“Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died. But I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask.” (John 11:21-22)

Those words "even now" are the heart of faith. Even now when disease seems to have a history. Even now when things seem hopeless. Even now when my hopes have died. Even NOW the Christ can heal. The truth of spiritual being and eternal reality, the Christ, is here to restore joy and health where it appears to be lost.

Like Martha, we can have a total faith in the Christ and find life restored. Even now.
