Our gratitude is riches
What makes you rich? Is your value in things? A job? A reputation? Accomplishments?
Jesus saw life differently. He didn't focus his efforts on saving money, acquiring things or making a home. The Christ, the love of God that Jesus perfectly expressed, revealed wealth as an understanding and awareness of God. Wealth, being rich, is always a mental state. You are wealthier than Donald Trump when you become conscious of Love all around you and you're grateful for it. And don't be surprised when long-standing illnesses fall away and you find money in the most unlikely places, like a fish's mouth. Love supplies.
"Our gratitude is riches, Complaint is poverty." -Christian Science Hymnal, Hymn 250
